Bank DKI Collaborates with PMI to Launch JakCard-Based Blood Donor Card

PT. Bank DKI and Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Jakarta launched Blood Donor Card in form of JakCard in order to support blood services in Jakarta.
This card gives various conveniences for the donors
PT. Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini mentioned, JakCard-based Blood Donor Card was created to support various humanitarian programs run by PMI Jakarta.
"This card gives various conveniences for the donors, for example, they can use it as blood donor identity since it contains of personal data, blood type, and number of blood donations that have been made," he explained, Thursday (12/23).

They also have access to donate blood in five regions of Jakarta and places that have been integrated with JakBlood PMI Jakarta.
In addition to JakCard-based blood donation card, Bank DKI also support cashless payment system for people who want to donate to PMI by scanning via JakOne mobile application or other application that have joined QRIS network.
"Donation to PMI Jakarta can be also paid through transfer menu on JakOne Mobile," he added.
Jakarta PMI Jakarta Chairperson, Rustam Effendi expected, this collaboration and innovation work could encourage people to donate through its convenience.
"The blood given by donors is very important to help other people in need. The more people who donate, will also make people who need blood assistance happy," he said.
According to him, people can feel the convenience in donating through scan to pay feature at JakOne Mobile app or other app that have joined QRIS network in hope that it would help donors even more.
"Surely, we will optimize the donations given to help others. Hopefully donations give will always be a good deed for the donors and get reward from God," he stated.
