Bank DKI Wins Indonesia IT Award 2022

The award was given to companies that can plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the use of IT in providing added value and services to their stakeholders.

Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini expressed his gratitude to all parties who have contributed to providing support, thus Bank DKI can receive the award.

"Our IT development presents solutions for the needs of digital banking services for the community, including support for the MSME sector," he explained, Monday (2/28).

He continued that JakOne Mobile Bank DKI presents digital banking solutions for user customers to create a more personal, mobile, and reliable transaction experience. It can be used for anything from paying various bills and online shopping, top-up e-money, donating to others to securing emergency funds through opening a deposit online.

His party also provides JakCard, a prepaid card that has been widely used as an e-ticket for various modes of public service transportation such as TransJakarta, Micro Trans, Jak Lingko public transportation, MRT Jakarta, LRT, to airport trains.

"JakCard is also the main payment instrument in various tourist areas such as the Ragunan Zoo, Monas, Planetarium, Ancol, and various museums," he continued.

Moreover, Bank DKI was trusted to distribute various social assistance programs such as Cash Social Assistance (BST), Jakarta Smart Card (KJP Plus), Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), and Jakarta People with Disabilities Card (KPDJ), including the Dasawisma program.

They have also prepared several e-channel services through JakOne Community Apps. JakOne Community Apps is here as an effort to continuously improve digital banking services to various communities in Jakarta and its surroundings.

"JakOne Community Apps is a digital banking service ecosystem consisting of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, Ancol Apps to Si Ondel," he explained.

He added JakOne Abank was presented to be able to digitize the transactions of MSME actors to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion and expand the acceptance of digital payments.

It is a banking service without an office, where Bank DKI is present through an agent using a Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) device for paying taxes and levies, paying bills.

By so, customers or traders who become agents can serve various banking transactions from the public and earn commissions from each transaction.

"Hope these various digital innovations can provide comfort, convenience and complement the needs of the community in conducting digital financial transactions," he hoped.
