BPBD: Inundation in Jakarta has Receded Since 6:00

The Jakarta Regional Disaster Management (BPBD) said several inundation points in Jakarta have receded after heavy rains on Tuesday (4/5).

Flood handling is assisted by PPSU, SDA Agency, Gulkarmat Agency, and TRC BPBD

Jakarta BPBD Head Isnawa Adji stated that inundation had receded since 6:00 today and residents who had evacuated due to the flood had returned to their homes at 08:00.

"The last update was at 03:00, 15 RTs were still inundated. Then at 06:00, it had completely receded. Evacuees have returned to their homes," he conveyed, Wednesday (4/6).

Previously, 15 out of 30,470 RTs in Jakarta (0.049 percent) were inundated due to high rainfall yesterday afternoon. Those were 1 RT in Kalideres Urban Village, 6 RTs in Duri Kosambi Urban Village, 5 RTs in Cipinang Melayu Urban Village, 1 RT in Cipinang Muara Urban Village, 1 RT in Rawa Terate Urban Village, and 1 RT in Bukit Duri Urban Village.
