Bank DKI continues to provide transaction convenience to customers by presenting cardless Mobile Cash Withdrawal and Cash Recycle Machine (CRM) services.
Now, this service can be done through the New Flagship Branch
These two services are now available at the Jakarta City Hall's Bank DKI office.
Through the Mobile Cash service, customers can make cash withdrawal transactions without using an ATM card but via the JakOne Mobile application.
Bank DKI Uses Credit Information System Program to Optimize KURAs for CRM, customers can now make withdrawals and deposit transactions without having to go to the service office.
Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy said Mobile Cash and CRM digital services are a manifestation of the digital transformation currently being carried out by Bank DKI.
He went on to say that they were an adaptive step for Bank DKI to meet the needs and changing patterns of customer behavior.
"Now, this service can be done through the New Flagship Branch at the recently launched Bank DKI office at Jakarta City Hall," he continued, Wednesday (4/13).
He explained that New Flagship Branch carries a modern, comfortable, and friendly concept to improve service quality to customers. It is also designed to be friendly to customers with disabilities.
Bank DKI also provides a comfortable lounge for disabled customers, as well as disabled-friendly toilets and other disabled facilities.
"This New Flagship Branch at City Hall will be a pilot. Our target is Bank DKI offices in five administrative city areas. We want to give the best service for our customers," he stressed.
The Bank DKI office at City Hall provides rental services for safe deposit boxes or securities which are specially designed in a strong and fire-resistant treasury room to maintain the safety of stored goods to provide a sense of security for customers.
Besides New Flagship Branch, they will continue to innovate digital banking services in the future, such as JakOne Pay and JakSchool as Bank DKI's efforts to continuously strengthen digital banking services to various communities in Jakarta and complement the JakOne Community Apps that are currently available.
They would also launch JakOne Abank Mobile to promote financial inclusion and expand payment acceptance.
