One of the traders and craftsmen, Andri (43) explained that the market during this year's Ramadan was a bit busier than the previous two years. According to him, most people were looking for ovens, cake molds, and stockpots.
"Compared to two years ago, current sales have increased by around 15 percent. Two years ago, our business was sluggish due to COVID-19," he mentioned.
The cookware and bakeware products were sold at various prices, such as the price for a complete oven with baking sheets was Rp 260,000, and a stockpot with a diameter of 50 centimeters was sold from Rp 500,000 to 700,000.
