Bank DKI has received some awards at TOP BUMD Awards 2022 held by Top Business magazine in collaboration with Regional Autonomy Institute (i-OTDA).

On this occasion, Bank DKI received TOP BUMD Awards 2022 BPD #Bintang5, Golden Star Trophy, and TOP CEO BUMD 2022 for Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy and TOP BUMD Trustee 2022 for Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy said those awards were a form of appreciation for Bank DKI's financial achievements in 2021 in several aspects that grew above the national banking industry average and its innovations through digital banking.

According to him, the awards showed that the strategic steps of Transformation 5.0 carried out by Bank DKI management were on the right track to increase Bank DKI's capability and capacity in facing the VUCA era, where competition for digitizing services in the banking and financial industry was getting tougher.
Those awards were given to Bank DKI based on the assessment results of Achievement, Improvement, and Contribution related to business performance, services, and contribution to the regional economy.

He explained that Bank DKI inaugurated the New Flagship Branch of KC Balai Kota DKI Jakarta on April 11, 2022, which coincides with the 61st anniversary. Flagship Branch KC Balai Kota presented a new and friendly service for customers with disabilities who provide a CRM (Cash Recycle Machine).
It aimed to make it easier for customers to withdraw cash independently or use Mobile Cash, a cardless cash withdrawal service at ATMs through JakOne mobile.
"In the future, this New Flagship Branch will become a service office standard that will be applied in other service offices," he added.
In addition, Bank DKI had also carried out a series of Transformation 5.0. Among them were related to MSME digitization using JakOne Abank in all Pasar Jaya and Food Stations. Later, JakOne Mobile Abank would be launched as an improvement from the current JakOne Abank application.
"It aims to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion and expand payment acceptance to MSME players in Jakarta and its surroundings," he mentioned.
In terms of digitizing credit applications, Bank DKI digitized KMG (Multipurpose Credit) application through e-form. Digitalization for the KUR application would be developed to be an integrator for the economic ecosystem in Jakarta.
Bank DKI also tried to provide a digital ecosystem service or e-channel to support cashless transactions through JakOne Community Apps, such as JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, and Ancol Apps. Innovation in digital banking services such as JakOne Pay and JakSchool would be also carried out to strengthen digital banking services for various communities in Jakarta and complement JakOne Community Apps.
Furthermore, Bank DKI was named the only BPD in the top 20 banks in Indonesia according to Forbes Indonesia magazine.
