After waiting for 13 months, hundreds of households can already occupy the Tambora Flat, Jalan Angke Raya, Tambora, West Jakarta, in 2015.
Citizen's enthusiastic to live in the flat is high
Head of Jakarta Housing and Government Buildings Department,
Yonathan Pasodung disclosed Tambora Flat renovation is ensured to finish on
Tuesday (12/30). The first flat equipped with lift would have 16 floors and 551
units.
He expressed, 477 units will be dedicated to old flat
occupants and 74 other units for citizens affected by normalization project.
"We are currently conducting socialization, such as lift facility or
vertical transportation," he told, Monday (12/15).
Moreover, the need for place to stay in Jakarta keeps
rocketing thus flat construction will be added. One of them is in Rawa Buaya
Urban Village, Cengkareng. At this location, he plans to build five blocks.
"Citizen's enthusiastic to live in the flat is
high," he finished.
