Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub)'s Road Transportation Management Unit Head Syamsul Mirwan conveyed that the highest number of homecomers arriving was in the morning at Kampung Rambutan Terminal with around 8,807 passengers. Followed by Kalideres Terminal with 2,514 passengers and Tanjung Priok Terminal with 545 passengers.

According to him, the increase in passengers or homecomers arriving at seven terminals began to occur on May 6. It was recorded that as many as 150,000 homecomers had arrived at terminals in Jakarta during the Eid return period.

He predicted the arrival of homecomers would continue until next week.

"But the number of homecomers is not as many as yesterday and today," he added.

Furthermore, Early Morning Transportation (Andini) had been provided at every terminal to transport homecomers who arrived at dawn.

Andini is regular transportation provided by public transportation operators whose routes serve Jabodetabek. But the fleets were limited, not as many as during the day.

For homecomers who are reluctant to return to their respective homes in the early morning, we have provided a safe and comfortable waiting room and officers who will be on standby for their safety and comfort," he mentioned.
