The 9th E-Prix 2022 race series is confirmed to perform the following statement by the Organizing Committee (OC) Chairman for Jakarta E-Prix 2022 Ahmad Sahroni in a press conference at Ancol Beach City Mall, North Jakarta, on Thursday (5/19). According to him, the race was prepared by building the circuit support facilities, ticket sales, and sponsorship.

Jakarta E-Prix 2022 OC Vice President Infrastructure and General Affairs Irawan Sucahyono informed that the circuit which was built on February 3, 2022, is currently in the stage of perfecting the supporting facilities.
He explained that the E-Prix circuit in Ancol has a length of about 2.4 kilometers with a width of 12 meters and 18 corners. He admitted that it was a record for the fastest circuit construction for a world-class championship.
"The east side of stands has been completed. While the other stands are still under construction along with the roof. Later, it will have 10,000 seats. We prioritize the safety and comfort of the audience," he asserted.
Meanwhile, Jakarta E-Prix 2022 OC Vice Managing Director Gunung Kartiko said that it was the first event in Indonesia that combined sport with entertainment.
The Jakarta E-Prix 2022 tickets for VIP with a price of Rp 2 to 3 million have been sold. While for the VVIP category with a price of Rp 7.5 to
10 million, more than 50 percent were sold. For the grandstand category, which is the audience's favorite, 70 percent were sold."People who buy the tickets are not only from Indonesia but more than 50 percent of them are foreigners," he closed.
