The Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Agency opens registration for Abang None (Abnon) Jakarta 2022 from May 17 to June 23, 2022.

The updated information regarding Abnon Jakarta 2022 can be accessed via Jakarta Disparekraf and Abang None Jakarta Instagram accounts

Young people who are interested to participate can register online at https://disparekraf.jakarta.go.id/PendaftaranAbnon2022.

Jakarta Parekraf Agency's Marketing and Attraction Division Head Hari Wibowo mentioned that Abnon Jakarta selection will be held simultaneously in all regions of Jakarta on June 25 and 26, 2022.

Abnon participants were required to pass the administrative selection, abilities selection, and understanding of several aspects related to Jakarta, such as Betawi culture, government, tourism, and creative economy.

"Their appearance, etiquette, marketing, foreign language skills, public speaking, and psychology will be also assessed in the selection," he explained, Monday (5/23).

The 50th Abnon Jakarta is held in conjunction with the lecture-free period to attract more young people to participate and develop with Abnon Jakarta.

"This year's Abnon selection will also be more dynamic when providing briefing for participants," he said.

For information, the Final Night of Abnon Jakarta 2022 in each region will be held in the last week of July, while at the provincial level will be held in early September 2022.

The following are general requirements to participate in the Abnon Jakarta 2022 selection:

- Have an interest in tourism and the creative economy in Jakarta

- Age 18-25 years (maximum 25 years on the final night) and not married

- Fill out the form online via: https://disparekraf.jakarta.go.id/PendaftaranAbnon2022 (the form is listed in Bio)

- Willing to take part in a self-development program for a predetermined time

- Fluent in communicating in foreign languages

- Willing to contribute to Jakarta Province
