South Jakarta PMI Intensifies Blood Donation Activities

The South Jakarta Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) intensifies blood donation activities in collaboration with various parties.

Blood donation activity is carried out to fulfill the need for blood bags for patients in public and private hospitals in South Jakarta

"Blood donation activity is carried out to fulfill the need for blood bags for patients in public and private hospitals in South Jakarta," said South Jakarta PMI Head Abdul Hari, Thursday (5/26).

According to him, blood donations were a routine activity involving ASN and PJLP under the South Jakarta Government.

3,000 Bags of Blood Collected by West Jakarta PMI Since February

"It is also held in collaboration with private companies, houses of worship, communities, and apartment residents," he explained.

The same activity was also held at the FIF Group Head Office in TB Simatupang.

"From May 23 to 25, we had managed to collect 200 blood bags," he mentioned.

Another blood donation will be planned at a house of worship in Tebet on Saturday (5/28).

South Jakarta PMI also collaborated with Bellezaa Apartment P3RS Administrators to hold a blood donation on May 31, 2022.

"Thank God, the bloodstock at South Jakarta PMI is currently safe to meet the needs of private and public hospitals," he stated.
