255 Joint Personnel Secure Jakarta Government's Asset in Batu Ampar

A total of 225 joint personnel were deployed to secure land assets belonging to the Jakarta Government based on the right of use certificate No. 16/2018 which covers an area of 5,355 square meters on Jalan SMPN 136, RT 10/003 Batu Ampar Urban Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Thursday (6/9).

The land will be returned to the Jakarta Regional Assets Agency

In this activity, joint personnel demolished four semi-permanent buildings on the land using two heavy pieces of equipment, namely a soffel and an excavator.

East Jakarta City Administration Assistant Eka Darmawan said that his side put up a land notice board to inform people that the asset belongs to the Government to secure the land and prevent it from being used by irresponsible parties.

"The land will be returned to the Jakarta Regional Assets Agency," he continued.

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head Budhy Novian mentioned that it involved sub-district and urban village Satpol PP, Gulkarmat Sub-agency, Transportation Sub-agency, Legal Department, SDA Sub-agency, Bina Marga Sub-agency, TNI/Police, and other related parties.

"Before the enforcement was carried out, we had socialized the building owners. Besides, we have also given them the first, second, and third warning letters," he explained.

After installing a land notice board, he hoped that no party would illegally use the land belonging to the Government, because this could be prosecuted legally.
