Bank DKI also introduced JakOne Erte as an application that makes it easy for residents in terms of environmental and RT management. JakOne Erte is an application from Bank DKI that can accommodate citizen complaints to RT management and get responses in real-time.
"Residents can also manage cover letters quickly and easily," he explained.
It is also integrated with JakOne Pay electronic money, thus they can make payments and purchase various needs such as payment of citizen contributions, telephone payments, PDAM, and BPJS to purchase credit.
"Besides administrative management, there are also news features and activity information that can be shared by residents at any time. Hope it can increase the spirit of togetherness and kinship between residents," he stated.
