East Jakarta Provides Mobile Adminduk Services about Change of Street Names

The East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency opens door-to-door service at Al-Hikmah Hidayah Mosque's courtyard, Jalan Raya Setu Cipayung related to the change of street name from Jalan Bambu Apus to Jalan Mpok Nori.

There are 30 residents of Bambu Apus Urban Village who change their e-KTP and KIA data

Residents seemed enthusiastic to use the service to update their population documents, such as e-KTP, Child Identity Card (KIA), family card (KK), and other important documents.

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head Noufan mentioned the service was dedicated to residents in Bambu Apus and Setu urban villages.

"So far, around 30 residents of Bambu Apus Urban Village have been served for changing their e-KTP and KIA data," he stated, Wednesday (6/29).

His side also distributed the printed documents to the residents, especially Bambu Apus residents who were absent.

To change or update the documents, residents only need to bring old e-KTP and a photocopy of KK. The service is still open for those who want to update data on other documents, such as birth certificates, death certificates, divorce certificates, and others.

"According to governor's instruction, we are asked to go to the field on the first day of door-to-door service," he said.

Residents were advised not to worry about the change in street names. Because all related agencies, including TNI/Police, would assist them in updating their documents. For those who want to apply for a change in population documents, the service can be accessed at the local urban village office or come directly to the service location.

The police also committed to providing free service for affected residents who want to update their vehicle registration certificate (STNK) and driver's license (SIM) data.
