Although it has been projected since the early 2013, yet the widening plan on Jalan Simprug Golf 2 RW 08 Grogol Selatan is still constrained with land acquisition.

"We had done socialization with owners from 8 plots of land, but there has been no solution yet," said South Jakarta Mayor, Syamsuddin Noor, Tuesday (1/6).

According to Noor, another constraint is the tracking of land ownership from RT 08, 09, 10/RW 08 Grogol Selatan which will be affected by such project. "I'm still finding out the information where the PT Berdikri would transform the land into public and social facilities. But now it already joined with PT Agung Podomoro," he expressed.

Until now, he stated, the South Jakarta Administration has not received a land ownership map from the company. "We have yet to get the map for the land that has been acquired by PT Berdikri. Don't let we do land acquirement twice," he exclaimed.

Vice Head of Kebayoran Lama Sub-District, Endang Efendi disclosed about 90 percent of citizens at 3 RTs have no land ownership documents. "While the land owners with land certificate have 35 plots," he told.

It was also admitted by Chairman of RW 08 Grogol Selatan, Sugianto. He assessed, most of the land in 3 RTs already been acquired by PT Berdikri in 1970. "But the land is occupied by the newcomers due to it does not issued directly," he explained.

Sugiatno disclosed, there are 600 households located in 3 RTs. "Indeed the site is quite dense," he stated.

As for the information, the widening plan on Jalan Simprug Golf 2 is aimed to parse traffic congestion which previously relied through Jalan Pakubuwono. By so, it is hoped the vehicles from Jalan Teuku Nyak Arif towards Senayan City or vice versa can be accommodated. At this time, the wide of Jalan Simprug Golf 2 is only about 3-5 meters with a length of about 800 meters and can only be passed alternately.
