Jakarta Officials Must Submit Daily Performance Reports

This year, Jakarta Provincial Government requires all echelons to submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. The report will be used as an evaluation by their respective superiors and determine the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) dynamically.

Suradika added, the daily reports should be uploaded on the BKD Jakarta website (bkd.jakarta.go.id/etkd), so it can be accessed by all Civil Servants (PNS) who works in the Jakarta Government. "Daily reports of echelons uploaded on the website are not open to the public, but only for civil servants and officials of the city. Just log in with username and password," he added.

But Suradika does not know yet regarding the amount of their TKD allowance to be obtained from the official reports of their work. However, the amount would be reduced if the officer does not submit a report.

In addition to the report, continued Suradika, the echelons are also required to make proposals about the programs and targets to be achieved over a period of three months. "Mr. Ahok also asks any official to make proposals for the next three months. To know the programs that would be achieved, and so on," he disclosed.
