PTSP Employees Must Serve Residents Deftly

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede held sudden inspection (sidak) to an office of Central Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP). In that occasion, he urged employees for more nimble serve residents.

BPTSP to Handle IMB Service on December 24

"Besides intelligent and diligent, employee must also be skilled, agile and do not give a sullen expression, thus residents can process the permit and non-permit quietly," he explained.

He furthered they must also carefully verify the resident documents. In addition, the processing time limit should also be announced to residents and not exceeding seven days in accordance with to the procedures.
