Get Ready! JIS Grand Launching Will Shock Jakarta this Sunday!

Jakarta now has a new icon "Jakarta International Stadium (JIS)" which is a symbol of sustainable development.

With the concept of green building, being environmentally friendly, and energy saving, this international standard stadium is also a node that unites the various interests of residents and communities in Jakarta.

Persija: We are Ready to Succeed JIS Grand Launching

Jakarta Vice Governor Ahmad Riza Patria revealed that the Jakarta administration was set to hold the Grand Launching of JIS on Sunday (7/24). It would be a moment of celebration that was inclusive, global, and encouraged an eco-friendly lifestyle.

"The event is close, in a moment we have been waiting for. This is #StadionKita (Our Stadium), from us to us. We invite the public to participate in this celebration and remember to take care of all the facilities of this stadium," he expressed, at Jakarta City Hall, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Friday (7/22).

He then explained a series of activities during the grand launching, starting from an international friendly match between Persija (Indonesia) vs Chonburi FC (Thailand), Dewa19 feat Virzha, Kotak Band, and Setia Band, as well as laser shows and high-tech light games.

It is slated to begin from 4 PM to 6 PM and a friendly match from 6:30 PM until it is done.

"This is free of charge but the quota is limited considering we are still in the Covid-19 pandemic. So, residents who want to enjoy the party can get tickets via the JakLingko app," he explained.

"Those who don't get tickets can watch live broadcasts via CNN Indonesia TV, live streaming on Detiknetwork, as well as the CNN Indonesia and the Jakarta administration's Youtube channels. As for the friendly match can be watched live on RCTI," he continued.

Before enjoying it, spectators should have to get vaccinated first. The Jakarta Health Agency (Dinkes) has opened the booster vaccination at JIS until July 24, 2022, with details of service locations as follows:
