The Central Jakarta Administration launches a smart city application to accommodate aspiration and complaint from residents. With application that can be downloaded via google play, resident complaints or reports can be responded and followed up quickly.
"Starting today, each regional working unit (UKPD) has had its own login account. They can quickly follow up complaints or aspiration from residents via smart city," said Central Jakarta, Mangara Pardede after he launched the smart city application, in the office of Central Jakarta Mayor, Jalan Tanah Abang 1, Friday (9/1).

As for Central Jakarta Administration apparatus can download an application named CROP (Quick Response Public Opinion).
Earlier, he cited, residents have to go to the City Planning Section to check the designation. But using smart city, they can know it directly.
"Could you imagine that we have to wait a long time and spend money to check it (designation). But now all can already be monitored via system," he told.
He expects people will continue to report various issues in each residential to be followed up.
