Channel on Jalan Kampung Bali Kali Sekretaris Completed

The water channel construction on Jalan Kampung Bali Kali Sekretaris, RT 09/05, Duri Kepa Urban Village, West Jakarta, finally completed.

Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit Head Suprapto said the construction of the new channel was following up on the residents' aspirations as the area is often flooded when it rains.

"We build the channel using U-Ditch," he said, Sunday (8/7).

Next Week, Channel Repair on Jalan Cempaka Putih Finished

The channel itself has 40 meters long, 50 centimeters high, and 40 centimeters wide.

"The work was conducted on June 30 and was completed on August 5," he expressed.

By so, Jalan Kampung Bali Kali Sekretaris was expected to be free from flooding, and locals were urged to always maintain public facilities and infrastructure.

"Don't throw garbage in the channel, take care of this channel together," he concluded.
