Dishub Operates Four New Boats to Seribu Islands

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has operated four new boats to serve passengers from Kali Adem Pier to Seribu Islands and vice versa.

They have been operating since September 3, 2022

Jakarta Dishub's Muara Angke Port Service Supervisor, Andy Susanto said the four new boats were namely Sonar 1, Sonar 2, Sonar 3. and Sonar 4. They could carry about 50 passengers.

"They have been operating since September 3, 2022, to serve the transportation needs of residents and tourists from Kali Adem Pier to Seribu Islands and vice versa," he expressed, Thursday (9/8).

He explained that services from Dishub's Water Transportation Management Unit at Muara Angke Port, Kali Adem Pier, consisted of regular and express ships services. There are currently a total of 10 boats.

"Every day, six units of boats that sail adjust to the needs of water transportation," he explained.

He detailed that the boat tariffs were following Gubernatorial Regulation number 61/2020, namely for zone 1 Rp 23,000, zone 2 Rp 28,000, and zone 3 Rp 38,000, including platform fees and Raharja services.

Those boats serve route one with Kali Adem Pier - Tidung Island route or vice versa.

Then, Line Two with Kali Adem Pier - Pramuka Island route or vice versa, and Line Three with Kali Adem Pier - Kelapa Island route or vice versa.

"Hopefully, these boats can serve the community in making sea voyages safer and more comfortable," he hoped.
