Water Transportation Management Unit Head Hendrico Tampubolon said the adjustment of the passenger-carrying capacity of 100 percent was based on Transportation Ministry Circular Letter number 24/2022 on Travel Instructions for Domestic People By Sea Transportation during Covid-19.

"So far, the passengers haven't been so crowded like holidays," he expressed, Monday (3/14).

For tightening supervision of passengers and boats, he has cooperated with various elements at the pier entrance, ship entrance, and inside the ship.

"All passengers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and show a digital vaccination record via the government's mobile app PeduliLindungi, JAKI, or a printed certificate document," he explained.

Until now, his party has operated six boats serving the Muara Angke - Seribu Islands route.

"Four new boats have also been alerted at Kaliadem Pier to serve residents and tourists who want to go to the Seribu Islands," he closed.
