City will Close Bad Performance BUMD

Jakarta Provincial Government threatens to dismiss the BUMD (city-owned enterprise) with no improvement in the business and not give dividend for several years. City will evaluate and map the enterprise before close the BUMD with bad performance.

Later we will disband the invisible BUMD

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah said, starting in this year, city government will not give excuse to BUMD with no improvement in their business.

" Later we will disband the invisible BUMD . If we continue to keep them, it can be trouble for us," he said at City Hall, Wednesday (1/21).

Ahok to Reshuffle Jakarta BUMD Directors

When asked further, the former Mayor of Central Jakarta cannot be sure about the number of bad performance BUMD. The reason, evaluation will be held together with the mapping of managing directors' performance.

"Later, we will evaluate it together," he added.
