A heavy rain that poured until early Friday (1/23) morning has left several main streets in Kelapa Gading inundated, with waters reaching between 20-70 centimeters high in some streets, in Jakarta. Until now, the streets cannot be passed by two- and four-wheeled vehicles.
Based on beritajakarta.com observations, those main streets that have been submerged are Jalan Boulevard Raya, Jalan Boulevard Barat, Jalan Boulevard Utara, Jalan Boulevard Timur, Jalan Kelapa Nias Raya, Jalan Kelapa Hibrida Raya and Jalan Kelapagading Kirana.

Besides streets, similar condition is also detected in citizen residential. Even 75 percent of area is now inundated between 10-90 centimeters high.
He added, his side has set up refugee camps in the Gading Nias Apartment with 70 refuges and At-Taqwa Mosque RW 03 Pegangsaan Dua with 90 refuges.
"We've provided refugee camps for flood victims so far," he admitted.
