Dinsos Head Reminds Principles of Disaster Management

Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) Head, Premi Lasari led a disaster preparedness ceremony at PSBI Bangun Daya 1 Field, Cipayung, East Jakarta.

I remind you, you are one command, one policy line

The ceremony itself was participated by 625 officers of the Social Agency and Sub-agency, representatives of Social Disaster Preparedness (PSKB), Tagana, Disaster Alert Village caretakers, and Social Support, Observation, and Control (P3S) Task Force.

She emphasized that disaster management is in one command as the principle of one command disaster management; one rule; and one corps.

"I remind you, you are one command, one policy line, one rule regarding disaster management," she expressed, Friday (10/21).

She urged his staff and officers in the field to act after orders and coordination from the leadership in order to prevent unwanted things.

"If it's not in one command, you can endanger yourself, especially when the weather is extreme," she stressed.

She also reminded volunteers or field officers to use attributes and do documentation when handling disasters.

"This is just for proof if anyone complains," she added.

She advised the Social Executing Unit Head to oversee all the implementation of social activities at the sub-district level properly and carefully.

"I hope you work quickly and responsively because you are the face of the Social Service in the region," she closed.
