The mud dredging at the Sekretaris River located in Kebon Jeruk Urban Village area, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district, West Jakarta is targeted to be completed next week.
Kebon Jeruk Urban Village Head, Achmad Mawardi said as many as 30 PPSU personnel had been alerted to dredge mud of the Sekretaris River in RT 15/RW 05, RT 15 and 16/RW 04, RT 16/RW 12 which have been prone to inundation when it rains.

According to him, it was done manually using hoes, cantrang (trawling nets), and shovels considering the area is difficult for operational vehicles to pass.
