Dishub Develops Online Business Licensing System at Kalideres Bus Terminal

Through the Land Transportation Management Unit (UPTAJ), the Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is now developing an online business licensing system called the Electronic Business Services Information System (Si Jue).
All terminals managed by UPTAJ will use it to facilitate the processing of business licenses for kiosk tenants
This website-based system was created to make it easier for users of terminal services, especially kiosk tenants, to make or extend their business licenses.
Dishub's UPTAJ Head, Syamsul Mirwan said Si Jue is a form of improving the quality of terminal services through digital transformation efforts.

"In this terminal, the number of kiosk tenants is quite large compared to other terminals," he expressed, Thursday (10/27).
With this system, he explained kiosk tenants no longer need to come to the UPTAJ office in Rawamangun, East Jakarta to submit documents for business licensing requirements. They simply upload the documents to the Administration section (TU) of Kalideres Terminal via Si Jue.
The documents that must be completed by kiosk tenants are photocopies of ID cards, old business licenses, Bank DKI savings books and a statement of ability, layout of the kiosk location plan, and a cover letter for the terminal executing unit head.
“The flow is that the Kalideres Terminal TU will upload the kiosk tenant documents and then send them to UPTAJ for verification. If the document is valid, a recommendation letter will be issued which has been signed by UPTAJ Head, then sent back to the Kalideres Terminal TU. All through Si Jue," he explained.
Afterward, the printed recommendation letter is directly given to the kiosk tenant to be processed electronically again through the JakEvo application (online PTSP system) for the issuance of a new license or renewal.
“Kiosk tenants upload letters of recommendation along with their identities and old licenses via the JakEvo application. We facilitate the issuance of letters of recommendation only," he continued.
Currently, Si Jue is in the process of designing a website dashboard and preparing to collaborate with the private sector. The stakeholders involved in the implementation of Si Jue are Bank DKI, Jakarta PMPTSP Agency, and business actors. The system itself will be launched at the end of November 2022.
"In the future, all terminals managed by UPTAJ will use it to facilitate the processing of business licenses for kiosk tenants," he stated.
