Both draft bylaws submitted were about the Management of Regional Property and Changes in the Legal Form of Tjipinang Jaya Food Station Limited Company to Tjipinang Jaya Food Station Limited Company.
According to him, the draft bylaw on the management of regional property was drafted to meet the needs of regional regulation following the development of laws and regulations governing the management of regional property. Hence, it would revoke Bylaw No. 17/2004 on the Management of Regional Property.

Related to the main points of the draft bylaw from PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya. he explained that PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya is a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) that aims to assist and support the general policies of the Jakarta Government in food security and improving people's welfare, especially related to staple foods and their processed products, as well as contributing to Jakarta's economic growth.
"In its development, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya has become one of the local government instruments in realizing the availability, affordability, and fulfillment of sufficient, safe, quality, and nutritionally balanced food consumption," he explained.
He explained that PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya carries out business activities in the fields of distribution, sales, warehousing services, warehousing in warehouse receipts, shopping services, and food transportation professionally and technical mastery from upstream to downstream activities.
"That's why they need to adapt by adding more types and business activities," he added.
To improve the BUMD management which is regulated in Government Regulation No. 54/2017 on BUMD, it was necessary to synchronize the Establishment Bylaw, either in the juridical or business aspects through the Bylaw on Establishment which regulates the new nomenclature of a Limited Liability Company to become a Regional Company.
"Hopefully, through the addition of types and business activities, adjustments to the nomenclature, and types of legal entities, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya can further improve its performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in managing the company and support food security in Jakarta," he expressed.
He hoped that those draft bylaws could soon be approved by the legislative into a bylaw.
“Given the importance and strategic importance of discussing the draft bylaws, the executive hopes that thelegislative can immediately conduct discussions to approve it as a bylaw," he stated.
