Here is the Progress of 942 Program as of October 28, 2022

The Jakarta administration continues to accelerate the construction and rehabilitation of nine polders, four water retentions, and capacity building for two rivers or streams, known as the 942 Program.

The majority of the work realization in the three clusters is above 50 percent

This super-priority activity is an effort to control the impact of the rainy season, protect beaches, and water management in Jakarta.

Those nine polders' locations are in Muara Angke, Teluk Gong, Mangga Dua, Kelapa Gading, Pulomas, Marunda JGC, Green Garden, Kamal, and Tipala Pump - Adhyaksa Pump.

While the locations for increasing the capacity of two rivers or streams are spread over the Besar River Sodetan Kanal Maritime Museum and the Ciliwung River downstream in Pasar Baru.

Drainage Affairs for Flood Control Sub-Coordinator, Firmansyah Saputra said that the construction in each location continues to progress with varying realizations.

“The majority of the work realization in the three clusters is above 50 percent. Some of them are already 70-90 percent," he explained, Wednesday (11/2).
