Some 106 vehicles underwent a free emission test programmed by the Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) together with the Jakarta Environment Agency (LH), Thursday (12/1). It was held in Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal, East Jakarta.

Environmental Pollution Management Division Head, Tiana Brotoadi said that the emission test was carried out to support the Langit Biru (Blue Sky) program. Around three emission test kits consisting of two gasoline-fueled vehicle test kits and one unit for diesel fuel were deployed to undergo the test.
"It is done to prepare for the implementation of a parking rate disincentive. If it is not done yet, the park-and-ride parking is subject to the highest tariff," he expressed, at Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal.
