Jakarta Acting Governor Heru Budi Hartono and his staff, held an executive meeting to discuss preparations for celebrating Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023, Monday (12/5).

The meeting was attended by Culture and Tourism Division Deputy Governor, Marullah Matali; Acting City Secretary, Uus Kuswanto; and several leaders of Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).
After the meeting, Marullah said that his party discussed preparations ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebrations including locations or places.

His party was anticipating certain activities to be held both in Jakarta and outside in order to anticipate unwanted things.
"Hence, we anticipate it as well as possible and Christmas activities that are religious to maintain religious harmony which involves all parties including Forkopimda. Governor and mayor will visit several places of worship in Jakarta," he explained.
He continued that Christmas and New Year in Jakarta would also refer to the PPKM implementation rules from December 20, 2022, to 2 January 2023.

Acting City Secretary, Uus Kuswanto hoped that residents celebrating Christmas went well, peacefully, and smoothly.
