Bank DKI Expands Cardless Cash Withdrawal Services at ATMs

Now, Bank DKI customers can make Cardless Cash Withdrawals or cardless cash withdrawals between banks at 16,138 Bank BNI ATM networks and 4,344 CIMB Niaga ATM networks with the Prima logo throughout Indonesia.

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy said this collaboration aims to provide convenience for transactions for Bank DKI customers.

"Through the mobile cash feature on the JakOne Mobile app, Bank DKI customers can make cardless cash withdrawals at ATMs, as well as CRM machines at Bank BNI and CIMB Niaga ATM networks spread throughout Indonesia," he expressed, Thursday (12/8).

He prompted the community to use the latest version of the JakOne Mobile app with various features that are ready to answer the needs of non-cash transactions such as opening or adding a savings account without the need to go to a branch office, bill payments and online shopping, QRIS transactions, transfers between banks.

Other features include transfers via BI Fast, loyalty points, electronic money top-up, giving alms/donations, submitting and setting ATM card limits, blocking ATM cards, and opening online deposits.

"Until now, we have collaborated with the Prima network in the form of a cardless cash withdrawal service," he explained.

Bank DKI Technology and Bank Operations Director, Amirul Wicaksono expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with the Prima network in providing banking transaction needs for Bank DKI customers.

"This is also part of the embodiment of the transformation that has been carried out by Bank DKI since 2021, especially in the fields of technology and digital banking," he said.

The same statement also came out from Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi. He also welcomed the inauguration of a cardless cash withdrawal with PT Rintis Sejahtera (Prima network) as a synergy.

Previously, Bank DKI had successfully collaborated with Bank BCA to utilize Cardless Cash Deposit and Withdrawal ATMs in 16,839 BCA ATM networks throughout the archipelago.

In line with this, this collaboration is an adaptive step for Bank DKI in meeting the needs and changing patterns of customer behavior towards digital.

"Welcoming 2023, Bank DKI continues to be committed to presenting innovative banking services in a digital direction by optimizing the security and convenience of customer transactions," he uttered.

As for the information, to make cardless cash withdrawals at Bank BNI and CIMB Niaga ATMs with the Prima logo, customers can select the 'Cash Withdrawal' feature on the JakOne Mobile app, then select the ATM network to be used and the choice of source of funds as well as the withdrawal nominal.

After inputting the PIN, they can follow the next steps according to what is stated on the screen of each ATM.
