Bank DKI's Retail and Syariah Director, Babay Parid Wazdi revealed that Bank DKI positively welcomed the JakHabitat DP 0 Housing initiated by the Jakarta administration.

"Bank DKI has realized the distribution of Home Ownership Loans for Housing Acquisition Financing Facilities to 935 beneficiaries for three projects of JakHabitat DP 0 at Nuansa Pondok Kelapa SAMAWA, Sentraland Cengkareng, and Bandar Kemayoran towers," he expressed, Friday (9/9).

He explained that the administration launched an integration program in the field of providing low-cost housing for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in Jakarta. This program was managed by Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement with the name of JakHabitat.

To run its task as the executing bank for DP 0 Housing program, Bank DKI was tasked with distributing credit or financing facilities to residents who were deemed to meet banking criteria as potential beneficiaries.

"Surely, it is based on the results of previous verification from the agency. Bank DKI is committed to supporting the distribution of DP 0 credit while still paying attention to the application of the precautionary principle," he explained.

To support access to financial services for JakHabitat residents, they also provide the JakOne Mobile application as a digital banking solution for its customer users.
