To unravel congestion on Jalan Kalideres towards Soekarno-Hatta airport, West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. applied one-way road system at the area.

The citizens often complained about this traffic congestion, to resolve that, we apply this one-way road system

The one-way system is applied on Jalan Peta Selatan for the vehicle from Kalideres towards Soekarno-Hatta and for the vehicle from the reverse direction is diverted to use Jalan Peta Barat.

Head of West Jakarta Transport Sub-Department, Mirza Aryadi admitted, his side also has coordinated with the police to overcome the traffic congestion at Kalideres area.

"We have coordinated with police of this one-way system," said Aryadi, Friday (2/6).

Head of Kalideres Police, Darmawan Karo Sekali added, the one-system is applied due to citizen’s report of congestion on the road towards Soekarno-Hatta airport.

"The citizens often complained about this traffic congestion, to resolve that, we apply this one-way road system," said Sekali.
