Urban Village is the vanguard of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in carrying out services to the community. Hence, the Jakarta Provincial Government continues to optimize public services by prioritizing work professionalism in a bid to realize good and clean governance.
The statement above was stated by Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono when he did a sudden inspection (sidak) at Penjaringan Urban Village Office, North Jakarta, Friday (12/30) morning. At that time, he was inspecting the services of One-Stop Integration Service (PTSP) and the Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) to the community. He then made friendly contact with service officers, as well as Penjaringan Urban Village Head, Suharsono, and the ranks.
Indonesia Vs Thailand, Here is Acting Governor's Prediction"I will continue to check and ensure the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency in urban villages and sub-districts in all regions, as the spearhead of public services in Jakarta. Thank you for your dedication to good performance. Please continue to improve the quality of service, present innovation, and creativity in excellent public services, which of course must be oriented toward people's satisfaction throughout Jakarta," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.
Afterward, he continued to greet and take pictures with Satpol PP and PPSU officers, as well as dialogue with residents present to take care of various service needs. One of them was Yani (49) who was in the process of proposing a birth certificate for herself.
"I live in Rawa Bebek, I came here to make a birth certificate for myself. My deed is gone. Alhamdulillah (Thank God), the service here is good and makes it easier for us to propose many needs," she admitted.
At the same time, Dukcapil Service Officer, Fahita (25) conveyed that residents came to Penjaringan Urban Village Office to get services for various matters, such as moving domiciles, making new/lost/damaged ID cards, and making birth certificates for adults and newborns. She also stated that the services provided are always made to be fast, precise, and accurate, thus residents feel satisfied.
He added that challenges at work usually occur when there are problems with maintaining the Dukcapil service system, or internet network problems, thus it takes a longer processing time. However, the service officers always try to explain and provide a good understanding to the residents, thus the residents do not mind waiting for the process.
Muhammad Budiman as Head of Penjaringan Urban Village PTSP Unit hoped that the facilities and infrastructure at the Penjaringan Urban Village Office could be improved. Regarding optimizing the digitization of public services, the officers keep making efforts to socialize and assist the surrounding community to provide convenience in public services.
As for the information, after inspecting the Penjaringan Urban Village Office, the Acting Governor and Penjaringan Sub-district Head, Devika immediately monitored the waste filter system at the South Side of the Pluit Reservoir. He ensured this waste filter could function properly and be useful for maintaining flood control pumps operated by the Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Agency.
