People can apply online anytime and anywhere as long as there is internet access

The Central Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Technical Unit (UP PMPTSP) urges residents to propose building permits (IMB) online via simbg.pu.go.id.

Central Jakarta UP PMPTSP Head, Muhammad Subhan said the socialization of the Building Management Information System (SIMBG) will be intensified starting from the village to the city level this year.

Now, You Can Apply for Physical Aids in Central Jakarta Online

SIMBG is a website that is integrated with Online Single Submission (OSS) for special permits for IMB and Functionality Certificate (SLF).

"People can apply online anytime and anywhere as long as there is internet access," he said, Monday (1/16).

He explained the application of SIMNG is by Government Regulation No. 16/2021 on Regulations for the Implementation of Law No. 28/2002 on Buildings and Public Works and Public Housing Minister Regulation No. 22/2021 on Data Collection on Buildings.

"Last year 2022 was a transition period for building permits from the Jakevo application to the SIMBG website. This year, we will focus on all IMB permits through SIMBG," he explained.

With this transition, all permits related to IMB were integrated with the Central Jakarta CKTRP Sub-agency which would also carry out a technical assessment.

"The assessment will affect the issuance of permits and the value of fees on buildings," he added.

In 2022, it was recorded that 10 application documents for building permit issuance were submitted through SIMBG. Of these, three files have been published and the remaining seven are still awaiting processing.

"Hopefully, it can make facilitate the public to propose building permits," he hoped.
