Through satudata, social welfare services can be accessed more easily and efficiently

Residents who want to apply for assistance with physical aids such as wheelchairs, hearing aids, and canes do not need to come to the Central Jakarta Social Agency Office, but now they can do so via the online page: www.satudata-sudinsosjp.com. It has been in effect since early December 2022.

Central Jakarta Social Agency Head, Abdul Salam said satudata (one data) system is an integrated social service administration information system that was formed to maximize social welfare services for residents.

"Through satudata, social welfare services can be accessed more easily and efficiently," he expressed, Monday (1/9).

He explained that the requirements for applying for this assistance were still the same. However, this time, the applicant must upload the necessary documents such as a statement of incapacity, family card (KK), ID card, and full body photo.

"The uploaded conditions are then accepted by the officer and then a survey is carried out to ascertain whether the applicant is eligible to receive assistance," he explained.

With this service, the process of applying for assistance would be quicker with an estimated two to three working days.

"Hope it can make it easier for people who need it," he hoped.
