Joint Personnel to Hold Cleanup Action around ASEAN Secretariat Building Tomorrow

The South Jakarta Administration will again deploy hundreds of joint personnel to hold cleanup action around the ASEAN Secretariat Building, Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, Sunday (1/29) tomorrow.

This is done to make the building area looks clean, tidy, and beautiful when the ASEAN Summit begins

South Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin said the cleanup action around the ASEAN Secretariat Building in a series of welcoming the 2023 ASEAN Summit and the direction of Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono about environmental management and priority areas in Jakarta.

"This is done to make the building area looks clean, tidy, and beautiful when the ASEAN Summit begins," he expressed, Saturday (1/28).

Therefore, as many as hundreds of joint personnel would be deployed to the location. They are Fire and Rescue Sub-agency, SDA Sub-agency, Bina Margs Sub-agency, Environment Sub-agency, Parks and City Forest Sub-agency, sub-district, urban village, and PPSU.

There are also dump trucks, pick-up cars, fire engines, and motor carts.

Those are spread according to their respective functions, such as dredging channels, repairing sidewalks, pruning trees, painting the castle, and cleaning up trash. They will be deployed on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Jalan Trunojoyo, Jalan Raden Fatah Raya, and Jalan Raden Fatah I.

"Fire and Rescue Sub-agency assisted by PPSU will also spray the sidewalk. Hopefully, it will make the ASEAN Secretariat Building more clean and beautiful," he hoped.
