This mangrove seed assistance is a routine agenda every year, as it has become PT Nusantara Regas' commitment to supporting the government's program on Untung Jawa Island.

Thus far, a 10-hectare-wide land had been prepared to develop mangrove forests. In the future, the forest will be guarded by residents as a leading local wisdom tour.
"Mangroves have a very important role. Besides preserving marine and coastal biota from abrasion, mangrove forests can also become a tourist attraction. Of course, the people's economy will also increase," he exclaimed.
Untung Jawa Island Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Chairperson, Rusli appreciated the PT Nusantara Regas which had supported the residents' program to form a mangrove forest.
The forest was believed to be able to increase the beauty of the environment in coastal areas.
"Hopefully, the mangrove plants that we plant can continue to live and thrive," he hoped.
