Mega Indahwati Tarigan Appointed as President Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia

PT JakLingko Indonesia made changes to the composition of the board of directors within the company.

KPPS outside PT JakLingko Indonesia's GMS as initiated by a written proposal and approved by all shareholders

Mega Indahwati Tarigan was officially appointed as President Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia replacing Muhamad Kamaluddin. Besides that, Fajar Dharmawan was also appointed as Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia.

Corporate Secretary and Legal Division Head PT JakLingko Indonesia, Kevin Haikal expressed the change in the composition of PT JakLingko Indonesia's management took effect from March 6, 2023, through a Shareholders' Decision (KPPS) outside the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

"KPPS outside PT JakLingko Indonesia's GMS as initiated by a written proposal and approved by all shareholders," he expressed, Tuesday (3/7).

Before serving as President Director, Mega Indahwati Tarigan served as Railway Operation Division Head of PT MRT Jakarta. She was also not a new figure in the transportation sector, as he has joined PT MRT Jakarta in October 2009.

"As for Fajar Dharmawan previously served as Group Head of Finance at PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Greater Jakarta (MITJ), who was also previously listed as Head of PT MRT Jakarta's Accounting and Financial Control for 2015-2020 period," he explained.

As for the information, PT JakLingko Indonesia also honorably dismissed several company management as follows:

- Suryawan Putra Hia as Main Commissioner

- Widi Amanasto as Commissioner

- Muhamad Kamaluddin as President Director

- Mohammad Hanief Arie Setiato as Finance Director

- Endro Rahardjo as Technical Director
