East Jakarta to Improve Trajectory of ASEAN Summit Delegations

This is to the Acting Governor's directives to make improvements

The East Jakarta administration held a preparatory meeting for improving the track area for the guest group delegations of the upcoming ASEAN Summit 2023. The meeting was led by East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar, Monday (3/13).

According to him, it aims to ensure the condition of the main road at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport which will be passed by representatives of ASEAN countries is decent, clean, and beautiful.

He went on to say that his party would carry out repairs to public street lighting (JPU), canteens, and greening of areas along the road area.

"This is to the Acting Governor's directives to make improvements to the environment and infrastructure facilities in welcoming the country guests of the ASEAN Summit. So, we fix everything," he asserted.

He explained the coordination meeting that was held involved cross-sectoral. Technically, the repair work was delegated according to the duties and functions of each agency.

"There will be a progress monitoring and evaluation report. We will submit the report to the Acting Governor," he stated.
