For the sake of school security, Jakarta Education Department is about to form 10 early detection teams to monitor the school operational. As planned, the decree letter on its formation will be signed this week.

The teams will be tasked to oversee several fields, ranging from Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), Education Operational Aid (BOP), School Operational Aid (BOS), and New Students Admission (PPBD), as well as education complaints from public. Structurally, they are formed until the level of department.

Deputy Head of Jakarta Education Department, Sopan Adrianto disclosed the formation is only waiting for Jakarta Education Department's decree and still being prepared. "Hopefully, the decree can already be signed this week," he expressed, Thursday (2/19).

He uttered it is inseparable from deviations in schools. Event, along January 2015, his department received 72 complaints. In details, 52 percent are illegal levies, 23 percent about KJP and BOP, and 16 percent for facilities and infrastructures, as well as 9 percent others.

Despite not all complaints are proven, he added, nine principals were dismissed in accordance with the reports and complaints from the public.
