Follow Up on New SOTK, Heru Appoints High Pratama Officials

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono inaugurated 65 high-ranking pratama officials, with details of 45 people being sworn in and taking an oath/pledge of office again confirmed in office and 20 officials occupying new positions by the latest Organizational Structure and Working Procedures (SOTK) within the Jakarta Provincial Government at City Hall, Tuesday (3/21).

The inauguration was carried out as a follow-up to Gubernatorial Regulation Number 57/2022 on the Organization and Work Procedures of Regional Apparatuses. The process of filling out the Primary High Leader Position has been carried out on the following legal basis:

"Mutations and rotations, as well as position adjustments are dynamics that usually occur in an organization. It is done the need to support better organizational performance. The aim is to accelerate the development of Jakarta and improve services to the community, while at the same time encouraging the performance of Jakarta Government apparatus to realize good governance, and to realize the success of Jakarta for Indonesia," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Tuesday (3/21).

City Secretary, Jokow Agus Setyono added this inauguration had gone through the applicable mechanism and was the result of an assessment based on the promotion and mutation mechanism in the Jakarta Government. On the other hand, he hopes that the vacant echelon II posts can be filled by the end of March 2023. During the position bidding process, the empty agency head post would be filled by an acting head.

"The empty post will immediately be bidding shortly. As long as there is no definitive official, we will appoint an acting head and its post will undergo a bidding stage," he expressed.

After reading the oath of office, it was continued with the signing of a dossier by Jakarta Administration Assistant, Sigit Wijatmoko and then the signing of the Integrity Pact represented by Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Arifin.

5. Widyastuti as Assistant for People's Welfare

6. Achmad Firdaus as Assistant Deputy Governor of Jakarta for Transportation

7. Andri Yansyah as Head of Jakarta Youth and Sports Agency

8. Hari Nugroho as Head of Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy

9. Chaidir as Vice Mayot of Central Jakarta

10. Syaripudin as Vice Head of Jakarta Transportation Agency

11. Sarjoko as Vice Head of Jakarta Environment Agency
