PT MRT Jakarta is holding MRT Day 2023 at Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, which falls on March on 24-26, 2023, to celebrate the four years of MRT Jakarta's operation.

The event, which takes place from the afternoon to the evening is filled with a variety of interesting activities such as talk shows on various urban topics, dance entertainment, music performances, book reviews, mass media meetings, children's activities, and cultural art installations.

PT MRT Jakarta President Director, Tuhiyat expressed that this year's commemoration, MRT Jakarta carries the theme #PastiBisa. He explained, MRT Jakarta remains firm and growing, even though it is being hit by a pandemic.

According to him, March 24, 2023 is the commemoration of the four years of MRT Jakarta's operation. The enthusiasm and support from the community that was evident when the Jakarta MRT was inaugurated has never subsided to this day.

It has been recorded that more than 66 million people have used the MRT service since it first started operating commercially on March 24, 2019.

"Transport or ridership rates continue to increase even in a pandemic. Timeliness, both arrival time, stop time, and travel time, reached 99.95 percent," he explained.

He added the Customer Satisfaction Index also continued to rise to reach 88.32 in 2022. He assessed, the vision and mission of MRT Jakarta as a catalyst for changing the culture of people's mobility is slowly starting to materialize.
