Tomorrow, Cawang Kompor Flyover Arrangement on Jalan Dewi Sartika Completed

The work progress has reached 98 percent and will be completed tomorrow

The arrangement of the Cawang Kompor Flyover area on Jalan Dewi Sartika, Cawang Urban Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta is targeted to be completed this week.

Cawang Urban Village Head, Didik Diarjo said the Cawang Kompor Flyover area was designated as a prime planning location in the first quarter of 2023, because of its strategic location, and access routes from the directions of Grogrol, Halim, Otisitas, and Cililitan.

"The work progress has reached 98 percent and will be completed tomorrow," he said, Friday (3/31).

He explained his party had been working on the arrangement since early January. Every day, his party deploys four to six PPSU personnel to the location, including making parks and murals.

Prior to the arrangement, this under Cawang Stove Flyover was occupied by street vendors (PKL) and used as a garbage dump.

"It aims to make the area cleaner, orderly, greener, and more beautiful to improve environmental quality," he stated.
