Bank DKI Wins 2023 Indonesia Corporate Secretary & Communication Award

Bank DKI won the 2nd The Best Indonesia Corporate Secretary & Communication Award 2023 (Gold Award) for the category of Regional Development Bank Assets of Rp 40 T to Rp 100 T initiated by the Economic Review.

The award was received by the Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi representing Bank DKI Main Director, Fidri Arnaldy at the 2023 Indonesia Corporate Secretary & Communication Award which took place online, Wednesday (4/5).

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy expressed his gratitude for the award given. This award is a valuable appreciation for the consistency of Bank DKI in innovating communication strategies by adapting the latest communication trends in order to maintain a positive image of the company.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi conveyed that Bank DKI actively innovates in communicating products, services, and takes various strategic collaboration steps to increase banking access to the public.

He added Bank DKI is increasingly adaptive in developing various digital applications in line with the company's transformation, such as JakOne Mobile super apps, JakOne Pay simple apps, as well as JakOne Abank and other digital services such as the Cash Management System, as well as the development of digital lending applications for credit and financing facilities.

"In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand acceptance of JakCard which functions as an electronic money card in various modes of Jakarta transportation, entry tickets for a number of museums and tourist attractions managed by Jakarta Provincial Government and BUMD, to transactions at various merchants that work the same as Bank DKI," he explained.

As for information, the 2023 Indonesia Corporate Secretary & Communication Award was given by the Economic Review specifically for the role of the company's corporate secretary who is considered successful in carrying out the corporate communication function well in maintaining the company's positive image.

The aspects of the assessment are carried out using various methods such as desk research by analyzing the number of positive reports related to company performance, media impressions, social media shares and engagement, improved brand awareness, and expert panels.
