3,106 Travelers Have Arrived at Tanjung Priok Terminal

The atmosphere at the Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal, North Jakarta is still crowded with travelers.

The increase occurred due to the end of the school holidays

Tanjung Priok Terminal Head, Muzofar Surya Alam said the arrival of travelers began to increase by more than 100 percent since April 27, 2023.

"The increase occurred due to the end of the school holidays. Travelers want to rest before their normal activities return," he expressed Saturday (4/29).

Transjakarta Provides Backflow Transportation at Pulogebang Terminal

Since April 27 until now, there have been 3,106 travelers who arrived at the Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal using 249 buses.

The most arrival of passengers occurred on April 27 with a total of 1,403 people using 115 buses and 1,327 using 101 buses on April 28.

"Today, there are 376 passengers arriving at this terminal with 33 buses. The destination areas for travelers are dominated by West Java and Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi," he explained.

He urged passengers to get off at Tanjung Priok bus terminal in oder not to disturb the smooth flow of traffic.

"Let's take care of ourselves, health, and safety of all of us," he stated.
