Beware of Rain Accompanied by Strong Winds in Parts of Jakarta

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts rain will hit parts of Jakarta today, Sunday (4/30).

"Be aware of rain accompanied by thunder and strong winds in parts of South Jakarta and East Jakarta in the late afternoon, Central Jakarta at night, and Seribu Islands at dawn," stated BKMG's official site.

In the afternoon, light rain is expected in South Jakarta and East Jakarta; sunny cloudy in Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Seribu Islands; and cloudy in West Jakarta.

Rain Expected in Parts of Jakarta in the Afternoon

At night, light rain is expected in Central Jakarta and East Jakarta; cloudy in West Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Seribu Islands.

Entering dawn, thunderstorms will hit Seribu Islands; cloudy in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, and North Jakarta.

Jakarta's temperature today is between 23-31 degrees Celsius with humidity reaching 70-100 percent.
