The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is set to resume the weekly Car Free Day (CFD) from 6 AM to 10 AM on Sunday (5/7).
CFD will be reheld starting Sunday 7 April tomorrow
It is precisely held from Jalan MH Thamrin to Jalan Sudirman, Central Jakarta and Jalan Sisingamangraja (Patung Pemuda Membangun - CSW), South Jakarta.
"After being suspended during Idul Fitri holiday, CFD will be reheld starting Sunday 7 April tomorrow," expressed Jakarta Dishub Head, Syafrin Liputo, Saturday (5/6).
No Car Free Day on Jalan MH Thamrin - Jalan Sudirman on SundayThereby, motorcycles are prohibited from crossing Jalan Sudirman to Jalan MH Thamrin and Jalan Sisingamangaraja on Sunday morning.
"From 6 AM to 10 AM, motorcycles are prohibited from passing except for Transjakarta buses which continue to serve on roads that are actively used by CFD," he stated.
Dishub calls on residents who participate or are active in CFD area to comply with regulations and follow the directions of officers in the field.
