Bank DKI Main Director, Fidri Arnaldy received the Best Leader award for the Financial Industry in 2023 - Best Leader for Sustainability Acceleration Through Business Expansion and Implement Non-Cash Transactions (Category: KBMI 2, BPD) at Indonesia Financial Top Leader Awards 2023.

Strong and effective leadership plays a key role

Award was given for the contributions made in leading Bank DKI to consistently accelerate business growth and various innovative steps towards digitalization.

Fidri Arnaldy expressed his gratitude and also dedicated the awards he won to shareholders, customers, employees, and all stakeholders for the synergy and collaboration.

"Strong and effective leadership plays a key role in supporting the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045, that leadership does not only involve decision making and direction, but also involves the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members towards the desired common goals," he expressed, Friday (6/2).

He stressed the importance of preparing a tough generation, thus Bank DKI keeps developing sustainably. To ensure Bank DKI's quality performance in the long term, Bank DKI has operated the Bank DKI Learning Center as a competent human resource development center, launched a Command Center to maximize IT governance.

"As well as expanding a network of new branch offices outside the Jakarta area, namely Semarang, Lampung, and Sidoarjo," he stated.

As for the information, the selection of the Indonesia Financial Top Leader 2023 was made through research by the Warta Ekonomi research team using a desk research approach, media monitoring, and expert panels.

Some of the indicators assessed include the company's financial performance which consists of asset growth, revenue growth and profit growth, as well as flexible financial model implementation factors, such as market segmentation and product development, business innovation that focuses on digital acceleration, implementation of risk mitigation and engagement, and aspects of social obligations by empowering the community in the micro, small and medium business sector.

Leaders who receive the award are the highest scores in each sector and industry category.
